Céline Paulme
Céline Paulme grew up in Thoiry and founded the agency that carries her name. She is a committed professional with an insistence on doing the job properly, and more than ten years of experience in this area goes into your project.
Through this work I want to change the sometimes negative, reductive view people take of this profession. I care about building a relationship of trust with my clients, and about supporting them through one of the more important projects of their lives, efficiently and openly. Getting the transaction done
We support buyers and sellers at every stage, openly and considerately:
- Valuing your property at the right price, so it sells quickly and on good terms.
- Explaining the different types of sale mandate clearly, and what happens next.
- Photographing the property properly and publishing it across more than 50 web portals, depending on the mandate.
- Checking buyers’ means and the viability of their plans before any viewing, so nobody’s time is wasted.
- Negotiating with arguments, aiming to satisfy both sides.
- Sending the complete file to the notaire of your choice.
- Supporting both parties at the signing of the preliminary contract.
- Carrying out a technical condition report before ownership transfers.
- Supporting both parties through to the final deed.
Lettings and rental management
